You can book my postnatal services in advance in order to secure the dates and times that you feel you will need or you are welcome to book on short notice subject to my availability.

Your needs drive this service entirely but when you cannot think of anything in particular that you need at the time I can suggest some of the following:

• Support with parenting choices

• Breast/chest feeding support

• Babywearing demonstrations with slings and baby carriers (loan available upon request)

• Abdominal wrapping for postpartum recovery

• Helping with confidence in handling, bathing and settling your baby

• Caring for your baby whilst you rest or have time to yourself

• Cooking and light household tasks
