This service is where I accompany you and your partner, or you alone, to any appointments that you have regarding your childbearing journey.

These can be just for moral support, for more confidence and someone bearing witness to any conversations had.

The service provided can be in the form of advocacy where you will have instructed me on what you would like me to contribute, or when and how to speak on your behalf with your consent or simply as a prompter for you to speak on the matters that were important to you, as sometimes we forget in the ‘heat of the moment’.

This service needs to be pre-booked and I will be able to be clear on my availability terms for it.

If you have a scan appointment and a consultant/midwife appointment that this covers, I am happy for these to count as ‘one’ appointment as long as they are close together.

We also spend some time after the appointment to process any information given, leaving you with suggestions going forward.
