Booked for a 2-hour session dedicated to finding out what your birth preferences are... even if you do not know what they are yet.

We can discuss my experience with each of your preferences and all elements of labour and birth that might need consideration in order to protect those preferences. You can draw-up and actual list or plan, or you can use the discussions to lean into your intuition more, perhaps meaning that a written plan is not the best thing for you.

Planning for many different eventualities, or none, it is up to you!

Topics discussed can include the following:

• Who is to be present during labour and birth, including medical professionals or none at all

• Honing-in to which environments and factors help you to relax and feel safe

• Identifying your partner or support person’s strengths and utilising these in the plan

• Birth Rights awareness

• Understanding of common repercussions and the ‘cascade of interventions’ that can occur following certain procedures accepted
